The Hotel Falken was built in 1895. Since then it has been managed with love, generation after generation by the Allmen - Cova family.
The Hotel Falken has a total of forty-four bedrooms with bath or shower. Each room is furnished in a traditional alpine and historical style. Most rooms have a balcony and all rooms have a breathtaking view of the village side or the surrounding mountains.
Upon entering Hotel Falken, you are greeted with warmth and a familiar welcome. There is a beautiful historic lounge area where guests meet each day after their adventure. There is also a piano room, TV veranda and bar for our hotel guests.

Most of our rooms have a balcony and each room will either face the town and its surrounding mountains or the Jungfrau and the valley.
Each room will also have either its own bath tub or shower. The rooms all offer luxuriously-filled bedding, radios, direct-dial telephones and a hair dryer upon request at the reception.
The hotel offers standard rooms, superior rooms, interconnecting family rooms, single rooms and junior suits.
Restaurant & Bar
When entering the dining area you will have the impression you’re stepping back into the 19th century for a meal. The floor, chandeliers, chairs and furniture date back to the early days of our hotel. We have added a new winter garden as part of the restaurant but of course maintaining the historical touch.
The bar has kept its historical touch and has a stunning view towards the Lobhorn and the village. You can find a wide range of cocktails, aperitifs, whiskey, gin, delicious warm drinks and much more. Right next to the bar you will find the piano room where you can sit and enjoy your drinks with the magical melodies.
